On Mission: Did You Know?

Grain Valley First Baptist recently gifted just over 30-thousand dollars to ReHope Kansas City. These funds were gifted to us after the passing of one of our members. Because of our financial stability, and in order to honor the legacy of the member who gave this gift, we chose to "regift" to bless ReHope, an SBC-affiliated ministry that provides for survivors of human trafficking here in the Kansas City area.

As a church, we are making a difference

in our community, nation, and around the world!

In 2021, we provided more than $5500 dollars to one of our ministry partners, Haiti Home of Hope. HHH is a ministry that provides for the spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being of orphans in Haiti.

Specifically, we were able to help them provide mattresses for the children, put on a new roof, provide solar panels, and other various types of care.

We can minister to those in need, like HHH, because of your

faithful tithes and special offerings.

Did you know that our craft and sewing group is actively engaged in missions?

In 2021, the group produced:

16 Walker bags, 8 Bibs, 8 Lap quilts that were

delivered to Oak Grove Nursing Home.

12 quilts and throws were delivered to

Essex Nursing Home in Grain Valley

22 baby hats & 2 receiving blankets

went to Resource Health.

50+ hats & bookmarks went to

Sni-A- Bar Elementary in Grain Valley.

Together, we're making a difference in our community!
