Equipping Every Generation

Intentional Mentoring

We believe that one of the most powerful things that can happen inside a church is when different generations are actually in relationship with each other — not just in the same room, but genuinely connected. At FBCGV, we're intentional about creating environments where the wisdom of older saints meets the energy of younger believers, and where both are changed by the encounter. Age and stage blend here, and that's by design.

Mentoring Pipeline

We are building a mentoring pipeline that takes people from wherever they are in their faith journey and walks with them toward maturity, ministry, and multiplication. This isn't a formal program with a certificate at the end — it's a relational culture where people invest in people, and the investment compounds over time. "And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." — 2 Timothy 2:2 (CSB)

A "Not Done" Training Culture

Nobody at FBCGV ever graduates from growth. Whether you've been following Jesus for six months or sixty years, we believe there's always more to learn, more to give, and more to become. We cultivate a culture of ongoing equipping — through teaching, coaching, and hands-on experience — because the moment we think we've arrived is the moment we start to drift. We are all still in process, and we're in it together.
