Our Church's Structure
At First Baptist Grain Valley, we are a staff-led, deacon supported church. This means our staff members oversee the day-to-day operations and plan ministry events for our church body. The deacon body helps serve the church by offering home visits, prayer support, and providing logistical support to ensure our ministerial staff can focus on the ministries they lead. Both staff and deacon roles are held in high esteem and are a vital part of the health of our church.
